Our Puppy Placement Process

Step 1: Let’s Connect

We do have an application for potential families, but instead of forms and emails, we prefer something more personal—a face-to-face chat.
Whether you can visit our home in person or prefer a video call, this one-on-one time allows us to:

Get to know each other
Introduce you to the puppies and their nursery
Answer all your questions in real time

Our goal is to ensure both you and your future pup feel comfortable and confident from the very start.

Step 2: Reserve Your Puppy

If you decide to move forward after our visit, a $500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot. Once your deposit is received, we’ll finalize the contract and reserve your puppy.

Step 3: Puppy Pickup or Delivery

Puppies stay with us until they are 8 weeks old.
We offer flexible options when it’s time for your new baby to go home:

Local Pickup: Visit us again for in-person pickup
Delivery: We can drive a reasonable distance
Flight Nanny: For long-distance families, we’ll help coordinate a flight nanny (additional cost applies)

From birth to go-home day, we use the Puppy Culture method to encourage early socialization and confidence. Your puppy will also be:

Dewormed every 2 weeks
Microchipped with AKC Reunite
