Brickhouse Frenchies Current Litters

 Once we confirm pregnancy, we start a free contact list for that specific litter. It’s our way of keeping interested families in the loop as things progress! There’s no cost to join, but just a heads-up—it doesn’t guarantee a puppy. Litter size, placement order, and a few other factors all play a role in how things shake out. Still, it’s a great first step if you're hoping to bring home one of our babies! 

 We also offer what's called a "Pick Wait List" for families who want to secure an early spot in line. This option requires a $250 deposit and gives you priority when it comes time to choose your puppy. Once a pregnancy is confirmed and the list opens, you’re welcome to opt in—but for many litters, it’s not required. That said, there are certain special litters—like those with rare colors—where joining the Pick Wait List is the only way to be considered for a puppy. 

Pet Homes: Pricing starts at $3,500+, depending on the litter.
Full AKC/Breeding Rights: Starts at $6,000+, also based on the specific pairing.

Please Note: Our top priority is placing our puppies in loving, forever pet homes—that’s always our first choice. From time to time, we do consider breeding placements for select puppies, but only with individuals whose programs align closely with our values and commitment to responsible breeding.

 We require a deposit to officially reserve a puppy. When the puppies are around 3 to 5 weeks old, we begin reaching out to families on our list in the order they were added. At that time, you'll have the opportunity to choose and reserve the Frenchie that feels like the perfect match for your home!
